tired unit that has potential

The property is certainly dated. The living area has only one tired lamp that does not give enough light to have any value.However, there are some bright spots . the bathrooms have been updated and the shower in the 2nd bedroom is quite nice as well as the tub in the master bedroom but both have poor and outdated lavatories. However, the king bed mattress is quite fine. The biggest complaint by far is the old coffee maker. It worked only twice despite trying to find an old video on Utube that might explain the way to make it work. Best to update that thing.Overall some pluses and but with todays rents it really needs to update
