Designer styled, all new modern amenities and an amazing downtown location...unit 445 on the fourth floor of desirable Eleven Eleven Central is an ideal place to call home! No expense has been spared in dressing the interior with designer light and bright finishes and furnishings. This unit is a 2 bedroom plus a den comfortably sleeping 6 people. Eleven Eleven Central's amenities provide the ultimate comfort for guests seeking a luxury experience. Amenities include 90' lap pool with beach entry, cabana bar with TVs, gas grills, hammocks, Bocce ball, billiards, game room, movie theater, putting green, yoga lawn, and fenced dog park. Located just east of US 41 on 3rd Ave S, the community is less than a mile to 5th Ave S dining and shopping. This unit is also less than a mile from Bayfront and Tin City giving it the ultimate vacation spot!
ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation.
2026 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
