Location location location

VanderBilt Towers is located perfectly: short walk to the beach, short walk to Delnor - Wiggins State Park, short walk to the channel and marina, longer walks through beautiful neighborhoods. And a mile walk to Publix and restaurants! The Condo is perfect: beautiful views from the 5th floor. gorgeous sunsets

Great location, clean

Unit was clean with great view and a short walk to the beach. Light, totable beach chairs were supplied. Overall a good choice and reasonable price for the location.

SUNSETS

We had a great month and liked our spacious 2 bedroom with gorgeous gulf views and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would be ideal if the owner updated the guest room curtains and living room furnishings.

503 needs update

We were unaware from listing entire ist floor was not restored, no building security. No garbage disposal,no trash chute, dishwasher didn't work every time, refrigerator froze would not go below 60°.Small temporary fridge wouldn't hold much. Several trips to grocery and or eat out all time. Inadequate clothing racks/ shelving. Master sliding door immovable. Annoying a/c condensation pump noise ,one outdoor fan inop. Sorry not a good value.
