Very accommodating staff. The room was clean and nicely done, with a good size kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. The only suggestion, if a mirror was hung somewhere in the living area, outside the bathroom, it would be more convenient for multiple guests. Maybe, above the sink in the kitchen?? And a hook in the bathroom would be nice. Overall, great experience!!

One thing about Everglade City, it is quant as hell. The hotel room was small but great for two people who just need a place to lay their heads down. All the amenities are there and everything is super close.

We stayed one night at Everglades City motel. We knew it was not a 5-star hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the updates that had been made to our room. The bed was very comfortable and the room contained everything we needed, including a small refrigerator. We found a nice restaurant within walking distance and enjoyed our evening. Would stay again if we ever get back that way.

Old Florida in the Heart of the Everglades

Old Florida drive-up motel. Updated, comfortable and perhaps the cleanest motel we’ve seen. Centrally located for exploring the Everglades. Diner next door with very good food. Waterside restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for an authentic Everglades visit.

The motel was perfect for our stay in Everglades City. The room was very clean and spacious for a motel. Liked that it had a microwave and refrigerator. Also, the motel was located in a convenient area where you could walk to several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
