Everglades City is a tiny little town at the end of the road on the West coast of Florida, approximately 45 minutes from Marco Island and Naples.

Everglades City is your gateway to exploring the Everglades and surrounding natural areas. It is a small, quiet town with a very intriguing history! Kayak, airboat, and motorboat tours are within walking distance or just a short drive away, and the fishing in Everglades National Park and the 10,000 islands is world-renowned. Once you have booked your stay, your host will send you an insider's guide for things to do and see in the area.

You will be staying in a private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house. There is a queen size bed in the separate bedroom and a spacious full bathroom with shower/ tub. All linens are provided.

The living / dining / kitchen area has high ceilings and big sliding glass doors that you can open to let in tropical breezes. Or just open the curtains to enjoy the Florida sunshine and amazing sunsets in air conditioned comfort. The kitchen is equipped with basic plates, pots/ pans and utensils so you can cook your own meals. Or you can walk to several local restaurants.

During your stay you will have access to wireless internet, and the TV is connected to Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies, and cable.

In addition to the apartment, guests also have access to the tropical back yard with patio, hammock, table and chairs.

Southwest Florida's beautiful swimming beaches are just 45 minutes away on Marco Island and in Naples.
