The accommodation was tidy, setup like a hotel room within an apartment on the 5th floor with 4/5 such rooms (I think). The location is a stone throw away from the Railway station. The breakfast voucher is handy, the venue is a block away (30-40m), it was adequate but we were only able to go on the first day. We preferred going to the pastry shop under the apartment, their quality was a lot better.

We arrived at 8pm and it took over an hour to get the host to let us in. Thank God another guest family was entering and let us in or we would've been standing and waiting - very tired, on the street - at night. We had texted via Expedia and then Whatsapp but his response time was very poor. The elevator costs 20 Cents Euros to take up or down, but the host eventually gives you the money you spent. The room was decently sized (twice the size of the king bed) and had a small veranda to look out over Naples from. Naples itself is a dirty city with trash 'everywhere'. We went to Naples because it was a convenient starting point for tours to Pompei/Herculaneum and Capri/Blue Grotto. The shower was quite big for Italy, but the water pressure in the shower head was extremely weak. The hand-held shower handle gave slightly better pressure. It is about an 4 minute walk from Napoli Centrale Train station without luggage - 8 minutes with luggage. There is a common fridge and a hot-water maker in the common area. The Metro is right across from the train station and there's a row of "okay" to Very Good Restaurant along P.za Giuseppe Girabaldi along the Metro/Shopping Plaza. The La Cantina Di Mille had very poor service and high prices. The Fedele 2.0 Restaurant had a decent menu and good service.

Good stay with good value

The room was clean and in a nice appartment, the location was a bit worse, its right next to the main train station! thats why we booked it. but it wasent safe at dark. Had a messy bar/nightclub downstairs which came with a lot of screaming and fighting. Homeless people around the train station and scetchy area. But the room was clean and had good wifi and aircondition. For the money we paid it had great value!

Large room, great bathroom, comfortable bed, efficient a/c, well-placed sockets, extremely useful kitchen. What was not to like? Perhaps an armchair would have been nice, to read or watch TV especially in winter, and there's enough space for one.

We only stayed one night before leaving for the airport next morning. The apartment is right next to the station and metro, in the middle of Naples, in a typical Neapolitan block, on the 5th floor (accessed by clean lift or stairs). Difficult to find from the outside but it's got a huge, arched, green door, next to Tizzano pizza shop. No front desk so access only by phoning and waiting for staff to arrive (which they did in <5 mins). Outside the streets are a bit grubby (old city centre) but perfectly safe, or as safe as Naples gets. Once inside the first four floors are grand offices with decent decor. The lift was new, smooth, quick and the apartment was spotless with quiet AC. Four individually locked apartments shared a communal kitchen/sitting area (which we didn't use). Our apartment (room 1) had a perfect view towards Vesuvius. Breakfast voucher was provided for free breakfast at cafe a few metres down the road. Bearing in mind location, facilities and cost, this was a great place to stay - though you may not want to base a long stay in Naples from there. But it is perfectly positioned for the station, airport and all the facilities of Naples city. I would definitely stay again. But you MUST remember to WhatsApp the contact number the day before you arrive to let the owner know what time you will arrive or you may be left waiting. We saw this happening to others arriving at other apartments in the city. You just have to plan.

Property clean and well appointed. Excellent A/C, super comfy mattress and comforter. Very convenient as Train and Metro Stations are within steps, which includes Airport Shuttle bus as well. The only drawback is the coffee shop they use to serve breakfast...it was not good at all.
