Beautiful home, great location... wonderful place!

My family of 5 spent a week here and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home is very clean, modern, well decorated, equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of room for all of us, with some to spare. The pool on the property was the main attraction for my three boys. They were in it literally every day of our stay and had a blast. For the few questions that we had during our stay, the owners were accessible and helpful The home is located just a quick walk (or even shorter bike ride with the on-site bikes) from Vanderbilt Beach, which provided us with some amazing swimming and sunsets. Downtown Naples, amazing parks (Delnor-Wiggins Pass, Corkscrew Swamp) and lots more is just a quick drive away. We were extremely impressed and would love to come back soon. We will definitely recommend it to our friends!

NICE!

Really nice home. Love the furnishings! Larger than you think at first glance. Easy accessibility for kids and older folks. Close to just about anything you want - beach, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Quiet neighborhood. Great pool to lounge around. Highly recommend this property. Can't wait to return!

Fabulous place

The pics are 100% accurate. Gorgeous home, surprisingly roomy (don't let the front of the house fool you, it's really spacious!). The interior and finishing touches are new and beautiful. You can't beat the location, so close to the beach and I loved that we were so close to shopping and good restaurants without being too close to super-busy US 41. Very relaxing, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Naples. Thank you so much!

I can't get enough of this place!

Came here for an extended week to get away from work, and it was the best decision I have made in 2016! The property is great, the location is amazing, the owners are SO nice, and I haven't had that much fun on a vacation in a long time! I STRONGLY recommend this property and most definitely will be returning! 10/10!

Visited Naples from Germany loved the house and the area, very close to the beach.

We travel to Florida every couple of years with our young children. We usually go to Orlando for the parks. The house was great newly remodeled, very clean well maintained with every amenity you need for a beach vacation. You can walk or bike to the beach. Many restaurants and shopping areas within walking, biking or a short drive. Vanderbilt Beach is not crowded like many of the Florida beaches. The owners and property manger are courteous and respond quickly to your requests. We plan to return to this home the next time we plan a trip to Florida. We will refer this property to our friends and relatives.

Awesome Vacation Home!!

Personally thought this location was Great!! Furnishings made the home feel comfortable while maintaining a nice vacation feel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was nice/clean and was great after coming back from the beach which was in walking distance from the home. We took full advantage of the bikes provided for near by locations and to enjoy the outdoors. Would recommend this location to anyone!

Nice getaway, close to everything

We have stayed at the house numerous times and the accommodations are great! It is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and other activities. The beach access is wonderful especially on the bikes or walking if you want a little more excersie. The convenience of the location is outstanding and the property itself is well maintained and makes it great for families or even 2 -3 couples due to ample space.

Amazing property & location

Stayed in this property for a week and had a wonderful time. It's plenty spacious for multiple families with more than enough furnishings. The location was great & the owners were extremely easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here! The garage had plenty of bikes to allow for easy commute to the beach.

Me and wife rented this property for 3 seasons.

We thoroughly enjoyed your property the past three years, the rooms/space and the location are perfect. The property manager was efficient and responsive. The property is well maintained and the owners upgrade something every year. The bicycles, beach chairs, golf clubs and all the amenities are very nice. You can rent this home and not have to bring anything with you.

Nice Place but problems with getting deposit back

Overall we were very happy with the location and furnishings in the house. Well maintained and spacious. Second living room / office was nice to have with more than one family staying. We really appreciated the bikes and beach stuff in the garage. Small downside was lack of wifi or cable TV. The only real issue I had was getting my deposit back on time. I had to follow up many times to get the deposit back. We rented the last week of December and I only got the deposit back on the 26th of March. As per agreement deposit should have only been held for 6 weeks - NOT 3 MONTHS!!!
