Wonderful stay! Quiet neighborhood. The house suited our family perfectly. The kitchen had basic needs. Like many listings, the online pictures made the rental look bigger than it actually is but otherwise, we were very happy. The BBQ poolside was a bonus. Beaches & restaurants very close by.

Stayed for 5 nights. Worked perfect for the 7 people we had staying there. Pool was nice and having 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms makes for easy getting ready time. The owner was kind enough to extend our checkout time till a few hours later as our flight was pushed back. 5 -10 minutes from anything you need. Owner also called after our stay to see if they could change anything. Would stay again. Good price for what you get compared to others we looked at.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay- from relaxing in the beautiful oasis of the backyard, to eating breakfast in the screened lanai and just hanging around inside the fresh and modern house….. looking forward to our next visit!

Was one of the best home rentals ive ever experienced. The pool is perfect and the rooms have super comfy beds. The kitchen is stocked well with the equipment to make feasts of all kinds and grill allows you to bbq for your family. The screened in porch allows you to eat bug free :) ! Love this place if i can get a house like this Id treasure it forever. For now hope to keep finding rentals like this

My husband and I along with our 4 kids stayed here at this lovely home in Naples. We had traveled here for a work conference for my husband. The house had plenty of beds and room. The pool was our favorite part and when it didn't seem like it was heating correctly, we contacted them and it was quickly fixed! It is in a quiet neighborhood and was a great fit for our family!

We stayed here for 6 night - to families with teenagers. And we all loved this house. Especially the pool. The place is very close to the beach. We spent many hours at Naples beach. We could have used a bit more utilities, plates, spoons and so on in the kitchen. But overall a beautiful place. Very clean.

Overall the property was good, but there were a couple of points which stopped it being great. The space within the property was great, more than we required, plenty of bedroom space and toilet / shower facilities. The galley kitchen was a bit tight on space when 2 people tried to pass. Cleanliness of the bed throws needs more quality detail although the linen was much better. Location is a bit quirky, neighbouring properties need some love and attention.

Stayed here with 6 adults and 2 kids. It was great having 3 bathrooms, one for each family! It was awesome having 2 rooms with king beds, just wish the 3rd room was a queen instead of a full size bed. The Roku allowed ease of use for streaming services. Xfinity was not working in the bedrooms, so the TVs were not usable in the rooms. Evolve management was fast to respond to emails, but to reach the onsite support, there is only a phone number to call. It would have been nice to have a chat function to ask simple small questions. The pool was larger than it appeared from the photos. Privacy was nice with the extra foliage, and kept the pool partially shaded most of the day. We opted out of the $75/day heated pool fee and got lucky the weather was nice in early March. It would have been nice to have a few more beach accessories available (i.e. chairs and umbrella). The kitchen was narrow, but the rest of the house was spacious enough to allow all of us to be comfortable. We frequented The Pier beach, which was only a 10min drive. There was plenty of parking daily, with a short walk to the water. Although the house is close to an airport, the planes are not heard inside the house, and it was not very noticeable from the outside. It was a great house and location; I would consider staying here again!

Pelican Nest was a very clean, Florida ranch in a small neighborhood close to Old Naples shopping, dining, beach, etc. The kitchen had all new appliances and ample cupboard space for all our groceries. We cooked in many nights and used the grill a couple of times. We spent most of our time on the big screened porch and in the beautiful pool. We enjoyed our time there. Also, Chris, the manager, was very quick to answer our questions and deliver any missing items. Thanks Chris.
