Fabulous!

Absolutely exceptional experience in every way. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and minutes from the beach. Flawless communication from the hosts and they were also very gracious in accommodating a late checkout. We loved it. Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!

Wonderful trip!

Great condo

The condo and the location were great. The grounds are beautiful and the access to the beach was fantastic. Having beach chairs and the umbrella was a plus. Will definitely come back again.

Wonderful week for our small family!

We were very happy with our stay. The unit, location, building facilities and beach were all phenomenal. This was a relaxing, quiet and fun break for our family which includes one infant and one toddler.

A Week in Paradise

What a beautiful place to spend a week recharging and relaxing. Everything was exactly as stated in the property description along with ease of check in and check out. My husband and I are making plans already to return.

Gorgeous two bedroom condo right on the beach. Close walking distance to stores and restaurants.

It was a beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. We had an absolutely wonderful week on Marco Island. The sunset view was amazing as was listening to the Ocean all night long. The owner was quick to answer questions and was available when needed. Would love to come back some day!

Amazing as always !

This was our second time to stay in this Unit while visiting Marco and not the last one. We highly recommend the unit which is very clean, well equipped , excellent located and with amazing view on the gulf. The beach is gorgeous with a lot of shells, our kids love it. We had wonderful vacation with our family.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved this condo. The unit is decorated so beautifully, it’s clean and comfortable and relaxing. It was in a perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. Very nice to have a storage locker filled with beach toys and chairs. Beautiful sunsets and beach! We had a wonderful time and will be back next year!

Beautiful condo with beachfront sunset view

The condo was beautifully decorated and was immaculately clean. The view of the beach and gulf was spectacular, including breathtaking sunsets over the water. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the locker on the ground level that had beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler. We hope to be back again!

Beautiful condo

We just returned from a week stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. Perfectly decorated and spacious. Great view from the balcony. Kitchen is comfortable and functional. The Somerset complex is well maintained and nicely landscaped. The heated pool is helpful since the pool is in the shade much of the day. We would highly recommend this condo and would select this unit again on our next visit to Marco Island.

Fantastic Property

We loved our time at the Somerset #613! The oceanfront view was amazing with miles of white sandy beaches. There is plenty to do including windsurf/sail rentals nearby. In the evenings we saw beautiful sunsets and dolphins swimming near shore. The unit was very clean, with comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen and large balcony, just could use an extra light in living area. It was fairly quiet during our stay and the grounds are secure and well maintained. Great onsite pools, tennis courts and work out area. Just a short walk or drive away are many shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Somerset #613 review

Somerset facility was secure and in a good location. Outside facility was being well maintained and landscaped. Unit #613 had a few issues ( broken microwave fan cover, dirty/old patio furniture, couch/bed mattress should be updated) A lot of dust found under furniture. Other surfaces were clean. Property Manager communicated well.

Beautiful place to stay in Marco Island

We rented this condo in April 2019 for 1 week and loved it. This 6th floor condo has stunny views from the large balcony - saw dolphins every day. Very nice pool that the kids (ages 2.5, and 6) loved, and the beach was beautiful; neither places were crowded which was really nice. These are million dollar condos on the water, many of which are rentals but with stable year-round residents as well, in a very safe, gated community. Proximity to local restaurants and shops - walking distance to one of the main areas to eat/shop on the island. Overall for the money was unbeatable. If you have young kids this is great option as not crowded, full kitchen w all the necessary supplies, and very affordable but also upscale. Ewelina, the property manager was outstanding and addressed any ?s/issues/problems promptly. Would highly recommend - we will be back.

Amazing Views!

This is our second year in a row staying at this condo, we absolutely love it. Decorated adorably, well-stocked, and the view is absolutely incredible. Plenty of beach chairs and toys to make hanging out on the beach really fun. The location is fantastic-we walked to dinners every night. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend in a heartbeat!
