OK for one night

This hotel is some small distance from the I-75, but the room was still noisy. The windows do not protect from any outside noise, which is coming from the main road or from the early bird golfers gathering around their golf carts just below the room window, without caring about any of the hotel guests still sleeping. We also had to switch off the fridge because of noise generation. The room was completely run-down and desperately needs restoration. Extremely bad was the bathroom, with the washbowl almost falling off the wall and showing severe signs of deterioration (the reality is actually worse than it appears on the photo). The closet could only be opened with brute force, the mattresses were saggy and the pillows very uncomfortable. The breakfast was acceptable, no frills but some regular fare including fresh bananas and apples. We booked the hotel through the Expedia mystery booking, but I should have spent 15 bucks more for the Marriott close-by. Even at the reduced price the value of the hotel was simply poor!

I would recommend The Quality Inn. Needs updating

We went to the Quality Inn but the room was not handicapped as requested. They did not have one available The staff was very helpful. They tackled the problem at hand and gave us a great solution. They called their sister hotel 1 mile away and set us up in a very well equipted handicapped room at the Comfort Inn The staff that was on in both hotels were very professional and happy to help us have a pleasant stay at no extra cost for the room. Nice affordable option in a land of pricey lodging

Came to Naples to see the Vienna Philharmonic. Hotel was only 15 minutes from the theater. We wanted to go to the beach. The staff was super helpful in providing advice and directions. Room was comfortable and clean. The only negative was a poor shower head. Nice waffles at breakfast. The pool looked inviting, but we didn't try it.

Inexpensive, older hotel

Staff was friendly, room was clean, nice tiki bar and Continental breakfast. The building is old and the outside needs cleaning. The golf course needs work, but it was still fun. We knew it was less expensive than surrounding hotels. We got what we paid for.

Het hotel ligt aan een golfbaan. De omgeving en het zwembad zijn mooi maar het hotel zelf is een beetje vergane glorie. Het ontbijt was karig. Voor één nacht was het goed te doen.

No me gustó, la habitación olía a cigarro y era zona de no fumadores. El desayuno pobre, falta variedad. La habitación tenía telarañas. Estuve en el 2011 y fue mejor esa vez por eso regresamos. No volveremos.

Souhaitant passer une nuit à Naples avant d'aller visiter les everglades, nous avons choisi cet hôtel. Le complexe est bien et très calme. Mais un petit peu loin du centre ville.

Good stay.

Beds were comfortable, but chairs were awful. Late night music was somewhat problematic on weekend. Room could stand some updating, but would stay there again as price was reasonable. Didn't like free breakfast very well, but you had to pay $10.00 to get real breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc.

Disappointed

Front desk staff was extremely rude and refused to provide a receipt at check out stating it should be provided by the Internet booking provider. Room was clean but it need of repair, locks broken, drapes coming off the wall, pillows were terrible, frayed carpet.

Booked this for a road trip due to its proximity to Alligator Alley. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful about our request for a top floor room, quietest available, but they notified us that Friday nights they have karaoke *outdoors*. They pointed out that our room faced the other direction, and was on the other side of the hotel, which was the best they could do, but the noise (and screaming, whooping, emcee on the mic, etc) from the karaoke was very loud four stories up, and went full blast until 11pm. Not great after a long day of driving, when all you want is peace and sleep. The hotel should warn about this on their site. Otherwise, it was clean, but it's an old and cheaply-renovated hotel -- hallway door didn't fit tightly, toilet seat bolts were loose, ceiling dings patched but not painted, showerhead mounted suitable for anyone 5'5" or shorter. Rating: front desk staff and housekeeping 4, and everything else 1.
