Beautiful 10th floor unit across the street from the beach. No court sports.

The Beach and Tennis Club is still recovering from Hurricane Ian in 2022. The pools will be open in February. The tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts won't be completed until the summer of 2025. There will be construction in the complex until then.
The unit is great! The beach is great! The pricing is discounted to reflect the inconvenience for amenity reconstruction.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay in this lovely 10th floor studio condo. Although there was construction being done on the lower level of the complex to recover from hurricane damage, it did not negatively impact our stay.

Just what we needed. Great location, could walk to a couple restaurants and the beach if you want. Close to family we were visiting. Loved being on the top floor. Grounds are still recovering from hurricane damage, but we knew that ahead of time and it didn’t bother us. Condo itself was in great shape. Wonderful views. Dave was super helpful. Would stay there again.

The pools were not open but the owner was very upfront with us prior to our arrival. The location is right across the street from the beach and just a short walk away! We would highly recommend staying at Bonita Beach and tennis club. No tennis courts but one pickleball court is open and available.

Everyday was was just like the day before..well appointed 10th floor unit..one could see the beautiful vistas for miles. Our vacations in Bonita Springs are for relaxing on the beach, reading books, and drinking cocktails. This condo is located in walking distance to Doc's beach bar, where we relax on their beach recliners under their umbrellas, watch parasailing and jet skiers, then walk the other direction to Coconut Jacks, for happy hour sitting outside on the deck. If you prefer, you can use the condo's pool and tennis courts. It is also a great neighborhood to take morning walks.

To be honest, the pictures don’t do this place justice! Beautiful condo they have here. Very clean with everything you can need and more. Above the actual stay, Dave and Sharon we’re extremely kind and responsive answering all my questions through email and phone. I would truly encourage anyone to stay here- I’d go back in a minute!
