Good property in a good location. The room itself was decent, but could have been cleaner. I didn’t encounter any staff during my stay but the hotel was in communication via WhatsApp.

Posizione strategica e camere nuove e pulite. All’arrivo il palazzo non ispira troppa fiducia ma all’interno è tutto molto curato. Veramente comodo poter fare check-in e check out in totale autonomia

Odd situation

Room is fine, comfortable and spacious and clean so it met our needs. we only stayed one night as a stop-over. My issues with the property was the entering and exiting as it is in a very peculiar little piazza with all the shops shut down and a big garage like door blocking it off. You have to go through a tiny little door to gain entrance which our bags barely fit through. Really strange - have never seen anything like it and honestly it made me uncomfortable. Not sure why this was the case but there seemed to be other tiny doors with big garages blocking main entrances too so not sure if this is normal in that part of town or not. Not familiar with Naples so not sure what the area is like. Picked it because we needed something close to airport so it met our needs, but would not stay here again.

Camera ubicata in posizione strategica, principale via di Napoli. Ottimi servizi, pulizia eccellente, massima riservatezza e comfort.Ma essendo posizionata in una strada principale non siamo riusciti tanto a dormire la notte x i vari rumori. Per il resto tutto ok

Just fantastic. Self check in was a breeze, and Stefano was very responsive. The lpcationwnas fantastic, right near many famous pizza restaurants and shopping. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in Napoli!

Posizione strategica, pulito e curato

Ottimo B&B gestito da persone molto disponibili ed efficienti. Posizione ottima per accedere al centro storico e ai quartieri spagnoli, ma anche per raggiungere piazza del plebiscito a solo1 km di distanza. Vicinissimo al complesso monumentale di Santa Chiara. Porte automatiche per consentire l’accesso in autonomia. Molto pulito. Macchina del caffè, bollitore e frigo in camera. tisane e capsule oltre ad Acqua in quantità a disposizione.

Fabulous stay here. Would 100% recommend. Very central location, great staff. The suites are extremely safe, you can come and go as you please, rooms are simple but clean with all amenities you could need for a trip to this lovely city. molto centrale e comodo.camere nuovissime molto belle, un po' a volte rumorose, perché la strada è proprio vicina. Se però volete qualcuno alla reception che vi dia indicazioni non fa per voi, perché noi abbiamo trovato qualcuno solo al giorno dell arrivo. Poi più nessuno....

Great stay

ou’re right in the heart of Naples here. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but a haven once you’re in! Close to the Dante metro stop, 10 minute walk from Museum, 30 min walk from the coast and 5 min walk from the main shopping on Toledo. Loads of nearby restaurants and bars. I recommend Shanti Bar for good vibes and something a bit different. Stefano was super helpful and sorted both of our airport transfers. The rooms are lovely and has ambient lighting and lots of amenities. Would return

Premium hotel in the centre of Napoli

Wow! What a fantastic way to end our holiday in Naples & the Amalfi Coast! We wanted to stay somewhere central for our last 3 days/ and it doesn't get more central than this, in historic Napolic on the busy street of Toledo, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was an oasis of calm - tucked away from the busy street, perfectly new and stylish. When we entered our room, it felt like we paid for a normal hotel and got the premium upgrade - all modern conveniences were there (including a usb port in the bed to charge the phone and nespresso machine). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Napoli was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't have wished for a better hotel to see it from. Honestly / if you're doubting which hotel to book - this is the one! (Just next to Dante metro as well, so finding our way back to the airport was a piece of cake). Thank you!
