Great stay

We loved the house and Terre was really responsive. We were there over Thanksgiving and she provided some extra kitchen supplies that we needed to do our cooking. The pool was great and the location was perfect. The house was really clean. We will definitely stay again!!

Winter Getaway

This house was perfect for us. We appreciated the 2 bedrooms with King size beds. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. It’s screened in, so no bugs. The location is great if you like to walk. Beach, shopping and restaurants are all walkable.

Our favorite Naples house!

We’ve been coming to Naples for Christmas break for 10 years and this is by far our favorite spot! We’ve stayed here for quite a few of those years and have never been disappointed. Terre is an excellent host, always prompt with replies and provides everything needed. We are a family of 6, ages 9-72, and this house is perfect. Great floor plan, plenty of space, nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen, etc. major plus - 1 mile walk from the beach or very short drive!

Perfect house for multigenerational family

We were in town to celebrate the life of the 95 year old matriarch of our family who recently passed. This home allowed our portion of the family to stay together. The kitchen is well equipped and designed and had enough room for more than one person to move around. There was an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The salt water pool entertained the 13 year old when the grandparents and pregnant sister needed a rest! Beds were comfy, proximity to Delnor Wiggins beach was great. It was HOT in August but we stayed comfy with the air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Naples Park House

Second year we rent from the same owner on a different property (just two house away). Both houses are almost identical, we encounter some problems this time but were addressed in a timely manner. The area is very nice and close to the beach, including the Wiggins State Park that was very damaged last year during hurricane season which limited the facilities specially parking area, but during week days there are plenty of space to park. the house accommodated our family of 8 with no problem. The location is very close to restaurants, markets and shops.

Great Location

House was immaculate and owner communicated well. We had a few issues (smoke detector/garage door needed batteries) that were resolved within a timely manner. The pool and hot tub are fantastic once you figure out the remote control for it. The house was very spacious and beds were comfy. The house did get warm at night especially in the master bedroom where the ceiling fan did not work (Owner is aware). A small table top fan was in the garage but it did not help much but I am hot at night all of the time. There were some "unwelcome bugs" but again, the owner was made aware and was addressing that issue. Overall, it was a great house in close proximity to the beach. Perfect for families to enjoy!

Fantastic Family Getaway

From the moment we walked in to the house, we discovered there was so much more to this place! I won't give it away, but trust me, you won't be disappointed! The layout of the house easily accommodated 7 of us (6 adults and 1 "adult size" teenager). It had everything we needed and then some.The pool was fantastic and gave us a place to cool down after a day at the beach. We chose to rent a golf cart, so between two vehicles and the golf cart, our family was able to get to the beach (approx 1 mile away) easily. If we had any issues (ex. fan not working), it was very easy to reach out to Terre, who was quickly receptive. It was a wonderful place to relax, swim, take in the beach and just get away from everything. If you want a night out, the homeowners provide a wealth of suggestions, complete with descriptions and price ranges. We could not have asked for a better time to celebrate our graduates. Thank you Terre for a fantastic family getaway!

Need to fix the Ac

The air conditioner was not working throughout the stay. While the owner had a fix and did send over a technician after a few calls we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to get the Ac to work. Otherwise the house was very nice, one pillowcase a bit dirty. Lots of instructions which was fine. Suggest stocking a few bottles of water in the fridge as a starter package and some small sample soaps and shampoos Pool was really nice and location was nice. If it hadn’t been for the AC I think would have rated 5 stars in every category

Stellar! It was PERFECT!

The communication with the owners was stellar! Easy check-in/check-out process. THE HOME WAS TRULY BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT! From the luxurious towels, to the soft rugs under your feet, supplies that would meet everyone needs, and the space needed for everyone to be together - and to have time apart. Everyone stated how roomy the bedrooms were and how all of the mattresses provided a great night of sleep! The location of the home was perfect as we roamed to Marco Island, downtown Naples, Mercato, the beach, and took daily walks from the house through the beautiful park nearby. Grocery store, Walmart, Starbucks..... everything you need was close by and convenient. The spa/pool with the accent lighting and water features set the tone for R&R in the evening - and it is very simple to set the temperature and use. It was so easy to sync my phone to the bluetooth speakers so we could listen to our favorites. TV is easy to use, and the owner notes are very detailed to assist in providing information for a great time if you don't have anything planned. It was an AMAZING experience that we were blessed to share together! The only down fall - we should have stayed longer, but we are trying to find a date for next year already!

Excellent home

This was our second time staying in Terre’s home. It is a great location and well stocked. The AC works fantastic! The house had 4 bikes which were a fun addition to cruise around the neighborhood. The beds are very comfy and I slept so well. The pool and hot tub are relaxing. Finally, the garage is nice to park in and it has a door opener! Terre is great to work with although we didn’t have any issues to need her! We love Naples and this home is perfect.

This house is exactly as advertised. Location is great and is very close to the beach, which I walked to almost every day. The house and bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the pool area is very nice too. The garage is stocked with pool and beach supplies but still has room for a car and we had a huge SUV which fit just fine. We will definitely rent again in the future.
