Excellent experience at Villa Marco Island. Great communication, very clean, comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. Now the exciting part, the art and furniture are as amazing as the views from the beautiful pool looking out onto the deep water dock and the canal! This is a real gem and we hope to return as soon as we are able!!

We were 10 people and we loved the house! It was an amazing trip. House is in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. Close to everything! House had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the canal. House is a bit dated but very clean and in good shape. The management company and owner were very polite and easy to communicate with. He made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again wirh him in the future.

At first everything seemed pretty good. We were surprised at how spacious it was compared to previous houses we’ve stayed at in the area before. We admired the new floor and paint. We talked about booking it for our next visit. The property management and owner was good at keeping communication via email. However, lesson learned, we should’ve gone through the house with a fine tooth comb, reported every single crack or damage, no matter how big or small, from the floor to the wall to the ceiling the day we arrived. We were accused of damages on areas no one touched. Even with video evidence with date and time that was taken the moment we arrived. And if you use the grill, make sure you pull it out from underneath the overhang. With no sign or notice anywhere, we were blamed for the black soot above the grill, probably from all previous renters too. Should have been a red flag when the owner only wanted the deposit by Venmo. When I disputed the accusations, the property management said it was up to the owner. When I contacted the owner, he didn’t even want to talk to me or hear me speak. He just said he already spent my deposit on making repairs to the house. We did enjoy our stay and we’ve rented many houses before but this one made my family wary.

We loved our stay at Villa Marco. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. With 4 BR and 2 1/2 Baths it was perfect. It had plenty of room for our family/friend vacation of 8 adults. The pool was amazing too! Close driving distance to everything. We are already checking our calendars for a return visit!

Large home, great view of the canal, nice size pool in good condition, patio area get nice, nice working grill. All necessary linens & appliances available, except dryer wasnt working. Home was very clean, but needs some updating, outdated furniture (but in good shape) and overall design; seems like they are remodeling a little at a time. Beds were comfortable, nice bedding, tvs in all rooms, free wifi. Good communication with owner.
