Resort landscaping is charming: lush flowers, wildlife, nice swimming pool. Too bad hot tub wasn’t working Staff helpful and friendly.

Relaxing Time

The condo was great for the price point. Amenities were great. Minor issues with the appliances in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit would have been nice, however, the laundry facilities were adequate.

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-bedroom condo in Naples! It was the perfect home away from home for me and my kids. The condo was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen made meals easy, and the cozy living space was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The pool area was a highlight—clean, peaceful, and perfect for the kids to swim and play while I soaked up the sunshine. The location was also fantastic—close to beaches, great restaurant next to the pool, and everything we needed. This condo truly made our trip extra special, and we’d love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Naples

Nice but most amenities closed

Nice place but many amenities not available for use including hot tub and common areas and it would have been nice to have been informed of this. Also, having tennis courts and pickle ball courts, it would have been nice if the homeowner would provide racquets to play. The stay was fine but disappointing for these reasons.

Bugs in bed

Second time in this unit Unfortunately this time we woke up with hives. The itching lasted several days. In addition, the dishwasher had dirty cutlery and plates inside. I visit the resort every year and I doubt if it would be convenient to return to this unit.

January getaway

The condo was comfortable overall and we enjoyed our stay. Lots of bath towels provided, low on washcloths, hand and kitchen towels. Kitchen minimally supplied. Vacasa responded quickly to my requests, like installing a screen on balcony that had fallen off. Would have liked to be informed in advance of construction on balconies of adjacent condo buildings--noisy and dusty. Lovely landscaping, with lagoon, fountains, trees and flowers.

Unit Needs an Upgrade, Management is Poor

Vacasa: Extremely poor communication, we knew the lanai was unavailable due to hurricane damage; did not know they were doing construction while we were there. Received notice the afternoon we were to arrive at 10:30 PM; 2 days after Christmas. No viable options offered. Listened to jackhammers from 8:00 in the morning. Really unhappy with the ‘service’. The Unit: The doors to the lanai didn’t lock; there were 2 safes in the master closet; neither one was useable, mold on the walls of one bathroom & all over the shower curtain in the other. The ‘fully equipped’ kitchen was very basic with only 1 pot & a scraped up teflon coated frying pan for cooking. Complained to Vacasa, a new shower curtain was offered, never showed up. Maintenance came on NYE, with no notice, couldn’t let them in as getting ready to go out; Vacasa lady told me I could take my shower later. They came 2 days later while we were out, again no notice and no record of them having been there, didn’t fix the locks; screwed the doors shut. Only one hairdryer, only worked on one setting. Closet doors broken. Two magazines on the coffee table, over a year old. As minimal a place as you could get.
