Verona Walk in centrally located off of Collier Blvd (951) in Naples, Florida as it is only a short drive away from downtown Naples, the beaches on Marco Island, the Fort Myers airport and so much more! The many amenities in Verona Walk include a town center complete with a clubhouse and restaurant, multiple community pools and spa, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, a gas station, miles of biking and walking paths and so much more! You really wont need to leave the community at all as Verona Walk has all you could ever need!



The Space:

This seasonal rental home in Verona Walk is a lovely attached Villa with a 2 car garage. The home is set up for you to enjoy your stay and there are so many amenities in Verona Walk that you don't even have to leave the community to get anything! The main bedroom features a King bed. The attached en suite bathroom has a vanity with dual sinks and there is a glass enclosed walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The second full sized bathroom has tub and shower combo (great for kids/grandkids). The den has a sleeper sofa for over night guests.



TV's are located in the main bedroom, the second bedroom, the den, the family room and there is one on the lanai. The living space of the home is open and bright and has the kitchen, the family room and the dining area. The kitchen has granite counters, hardwood cabinets and a bar height counter with stools to enjoy informal meals.



The main feature of the outside of the home is the lanai. There is a nice covered area with a outside al fresco dining set to enjoy your evening cocktails or morning cup of coffee on. You can jump right in to the heated pool and there is a big privacy wall on the side so you have nice seclusion from the neighboring villa. You can use the attached 2 car garage to park in along with the driveway. We can't wait to welcome you to our home!



Important Details:



The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. The pool faces northeast.



This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.



This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.



It is best to have a vehicle with you as SWFL is a large area. This property is about a 45 min drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.
