"Fridge was noisy, room was hot. But there is a family mart in the lobby! Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Breakfast at the Shinkan is typically bread, pastry, pancakes, yogurt, rice, curry, and veggies. However, at the other building, the breakfast was a lot. There were tamago, chicken cutlets, mini hotdogs, meatballs, noodles, soup of the morning, salads, yogurt, fermented fruits, plus those that the the Shinkan offered. The room is always kept tidy with trash put away, beddings arranged, towels are fresh on the daily basis. All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and nice. The airconditining was a hit and miss for us. Some nights it turns cool but in the middle of the night, it is not. We appreciate the availability of the hotel shuttle going to and coming from the airport. It was very convenient."

"Didn't get to eat breakfast it closed at 10 I got downstairs at 9:25 they told me it was closed for me it also was not complementary. The outlets were far from the bed. But the room was amazing. Other then the staff ignoring me when I asked a questions. My experience was good but won't be coming back."
