I’ve stayed at several hotels in Japan, but the ANA Crowne Plaza feels friendlier than most. The service leans more toward a Western style, which makes us feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a hotel near Narita Airport. Although the rooms are a little dated, the overall experience was very good, and I’d definitely stay here again.
