"The room was clean. Front desk and restaurant service were excellent. The restaurant manager went above and beyond to ensure the food we ordered were gluten free to accommodate my husband's Celiac condition - very patient and kind gentleman. The free shuttle bus from and to the airport was an added bonus. Highly recommend this hotel for a layover, you can't get this kind of service anywhere. "

"The room was a great size and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from."

"Room was big, clean, nice amenities. It seemed as if the hotel was running on central air bc the air conditioner wasn’t getting cooler so we did have to open the window but housekeeping was great. There was also some miscommunication with the concierge about same-day luggage forwarding (it ended up being the next day even tho it was only going to Tokyo). The guy came off patronizing and condescending when answering questions but at the end of the day the last people we interacted with before checking out left our stay on a high note. Would definitely book again. "
