I really enjoyed my stay here even though it was one night. The hotel employees were very sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and the location is nice as well. The tub is deep and I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath the morning I left. I made sure to write a thank you note and left it in my room when I left. Would stay here again! ๐Ÿ˜

Courteous and very polite receptionist. Room size tight for 2 people however it is tokyo so it is ok with us. There is a covered parta connecting the hotel to the restaurant next door, is is convenient during rain. It is a short walk ( around 4 minutes) from kesei-narita east gate. They offer a nice breakfast for guests that have time to stay for a large meal. The check out is fast and they have free coffee and free shuttle bus. I will stay here next time I am narita again.
