Location is far enough back from the road to be safe for all ages, but off a busy road near a school and park- feels like a suburban neighborhood rather than a beach vacation spot. The shared lawn with games and picnic tables was amazing, and the houses were very comfortable and clean - outdoor showers were a favorite for everyone (kids and adults alike)! Easy drive or walk to many beaches - would definitely recommend!」

Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area.」

「Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful」
