We have two young children and understand the importance of cleanliness and having as many amenities as possible so you can travel light. We understand vacations are precious time and costly. In light of this we strive to provide everything we would expect in looking for a high end vacation beach home. Most of the amenities we provide are not included in our competitors listings and are the little things that make all the difference in the world.
All dinnerware, pots (Lobster pot), pans, bed linens, bath towels and separate beach towels are provided. Driveway parking for 5 cars and off Street Parking on front lawn fit another 2-3 vehicles. Local beach is free to get on no passes required. We have a shed that contains a beach wagon (to cart your kids back and forth to the beach and playground), 6 adult beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach toys pails/shovels for kids) beach buggy to transport beach toys etc, outdoor games for large backyard, tennis rackets, basketball.
First Floor: full bathroom has stand up shower and washer and dryer. Both the Family Room, and Florida Room have wall mounted 55 inch LED Smart TVs, With Sling TV (45 cable channels), Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and Multiple other apps that allow you Multiple viewing options. High speed internet is included.
ALL 4 BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN SMART TVs.
First Floor: Bedroom 1 -Master bedroom has queen bed and roll out twin trundle Bed, full master bath has shower/tub combo granite vanity.
Second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom 2 has queen bed and bunk beds (2 twins). Bedroom three has queen bed. Bedroom 4 has full size bed. 2nd floor bath boasts new subway tile walk-in shower with high pressure rain head. Again all Bedrooms gave Smart TV’s
Great room has seating area with a sofa and pull out full/queen sleeper.(55 inch smart TV). Family room also has large Pottery Barn sectional couch with a 55 inch smart TV)
Our home is a 10 minute walk to Scarborough Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern New England. We are also a 3 blocks (side streets) from a wonderful park that has a children's playground, Swings, slides, play tower, tennis courts, and basketball court. Additionally a 5 minute drive gets you to mini golf, bumper boats, arcade, go carts, shopping, restaurants, and ice cream.
Nearby attractions include, Narragansett Pier/Seawall, Point Judith Lighthouse, the ferries to Block Island (3 miles), Newport (20 min.) the Coast Guard House restaurant, Adventureland park in Narragansett (go carts/batting cages/bumper boats/mini golf/carousel (2 miles), The high speed ferry to Martha's Vineyard is located only about 25 minutes away, Roger Williams Zoo in Providence, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, welcome you to enjoy our
