10/10 Excellent

"We spent three nights at the Gaylord. The staff are top notch. Literally everywhere you go in the hotel. We were asked by employees of every position if we needed assistance with directions and other things. They just noticed us and jumped in to help. The hotel was beautiful, clean, lots of great restaurants. We loved it!"

"Very nice hotel close to all the downtown Nashville attractions. We could walk to most places, a lot of good restaurants close by. Nice breakfast buffet was included. The parking seemed a little expensive at $55 a day but after talking to a local guide & finding out the pricing games some of the parking lots play it was that bad. Only thing that could have been better was if the room was cleaned more often. It was only done once in 4 days. Maybe at least every other day."

"We had to change rooms when we got there initially because of cleanliness but the staff was responsive and gave us a new one immediately. It was a decent stay with good breakfast and was convenient for walking downtown. We would stay there again. I would just add the pool definitely needed to be strained a bit. We also didn’t know we had to pay for a parking spot ($20)"
