We traveled with 2 teens and we all had our private rooms and bathrooms. The view every morning waking up was beautiful. (Made me want to get up early everyday ) The A/C was nice because we could have as cool as each individual wanted. They owners were easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Bahamas Vacation Home

The ocean is literally steps from the living room. We had a perfect week of weather in the high 70s and low 80s. The property is very convenient to Paradise Island, shopping, golf and about any excursion launching point. An easy 10 to 15 minute drive.Our party of 5 - my wife and I, 22 year old son and 16 and 10 year old daughter's had plenty of space and you just can't beat the view from the back pool deck.Amazing!!

We had an amazing time with our family at Waters Edge Villa! The views are spectacular, the villa was spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay in Nassau. Mark, the host was fantastic in communicating and answering all of our questions. Monique was awesome transporting us to wherever we needed to go. Our only wish was to stay longer! Great for large families that love the ocean!

Our stay at Watersedge was amazing! The place was spotless and had a fantastic view of the ocean 🐬. The pool was clean and relaxing. The rooms were great too. Plenty of space to spread out our group of 7. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the ocean everyday. There really is no place quite like this one!

Relaxing get away

The property was everything we hoped for and Mark, Marsha, and Monique were all responsive and helpful. The pool and ocean are where we spent most of our time, including taking in beautiful sunrises and the super moon. The kitchen was well set up for making all our meals. Our only disappointment was that hurricane Ernesto left the ocean choppy for most of our stay.

Great Place for a Group

We had a big group of 8 stay at Watersedge for four nights, and it was the perfect size for us. Mark was very helpful through the check in process and provided great recommendations to other services, including a taxi and private boat tour. These reccommendations were fantastic. Overall, the house was good value for the price.

Truly Paradise!

Waters Edge was a perfect getaway for our family of 8. We had plenty of space in the house and it had everything we needed. The beach chairs and cooler were a plus to have! The outdoor patio and pool were amazing, spent many mornings and nights taking in the stunning views. Highly recommend Chef Everton and Monique the taxi driver. You can't go wrong with staying at Waters Edge.

Simply Glorious

We had just over a week at Water's Edge in Apr 25. We took our grown up children and our only grandchild (6yo) for a celebration for my husband's 60th birthday. The house is brilliantly well equipped inside and for the outdoors, has everything you might need, including comfy beds and all of it is good quality. The location was superb for us, a little away from the bustle of Nassau but close enough for it to feel easy to just 'pop in'. The sea immediately outside the walls was such a bonus, and although the pool was lovely, everyone spent more time with the snorkels and kayaks in the sea - we saw manta rays just passing by. Communication with the on-island team, Marsha and Ritchie, was excellent, they really cared about us having a good time and got an engineer out the following day when the oven stopped working. We would also highly recommend Captain Carl to hire a boat and see the swimming pigs and turtles and lunch in a beach bar on Love Island. We'd love to go back one day.

Best Girls Trip

Our stay at Water's Edge was absolute perfection. The house and location were everything we wanted. It felt safe and secluded. We spent a whole day at the house in the pool and snorkeling in the ocean. Being able to step directly into the ocean from the patio was so much fun. And waking up to a sunrise over the water was so beautiful. Mark was very communicative and helpful for planning our trip. HIGHLY recommend Monique and Big Mama for all your transportation needs. We can't wait to come back to the Bahamas and stay at Waters Edge!

Beautiful villa with spectacular views in a quiet location

Wonderful week spent relaxing at this beautiful Villa! Mark’s recommendations for everything were spot on. We spent tons of time on the beautiful patio enjoying the pool and spectacular views. Monique and her mom were always flexible with our ride requests. Amazing masseuse came right to the Villa one morning. And Chef Everton cooked us a phenomenal meal on our last night. Our only regret was not staying longer, as it was very hard to leave this oasis!!

Amazing Vacation with Friends!

Water's Edge was the perfect location for a 40th birthday celebration! We had six adults and the house was comfortable and spacious. The view out to the water is just unbelievable! Mark was very quick to respond to every question. Monique and her daughter were able to transport us to planned activities as well as last minute requests. Chef Everton cooked for us on our last night and it was such a treat. We all hope to be back one day soon!

Fantastic Oceanside Villa!

Mark and Lisa's ocean front home was perfect for our family of 5's week long winter getaway. The Villa was large enough that there was always room to gather or to curl up with a book. the view is lovely with amazing sunrises. The ocean is just a step off the patio for swimming, snorkeling, or just floating, and the pool is there for a quick, calm dip. The kitchen is very well appointed, and there is a bunch of water gear like masks, snorkels, fins, and floats. The placement of the Villa on a slight point means that the patio, pool, BBQ, wet bar, and hammock are all fairly private. The whole team of Mark (owner), Marsha (manager), and Monique (taxi) were super responsive, friendly, and helpful both before and during our stay. I thank you all for a delightful Bahamas vacation, and I would definitely rent this home again next time!

Lovely Vacation Villa

Our family spent a lovely two weeks here over the winter holidays. The villa is larger than we had thought. We had more than enough room for everyone to spread out, enjoy comfortable reading nooks, play card games, and sleep in without disturbing each other. Waters Edge has everything you need, from a well appointed kitchen to a spacious back deck overlooking the ocean. We parents often enjoyed some wine in the beautiful front gated garden area while the grandparents watched the kids thoroughly enjoy every second of pool time they could get. The location is close enough to restaurants and grocery stores so that everything is easy to get to, but located in a residential area that was peaceful and relaxing. Mark, the owner, is great at communicating, and the property manager was helpful too. Great place for a larger family to stay--highly recommend!

An amazing experience!!!

We booked six nights at this villa for a friends 60th birthday (four couples) and we all had an amazing time!! What helped with the options of this villa was that all four rooms had queen beds (very comfortable beds I will add)- Mark was so helpful and quick to respond to questions and suggestions! My favorite activity was going right out the back gate to snorkel, kayak or just swim! The water of course is beautiful as is the amazing view, sunrises and sunsets! The guys enjoyed golf for a few rounds while the gals enjoyed the beautiful oceanside pool. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants which was great. We ate out but definitely cooked in because why would you want to leave this place!! Monique (our personal taxi) was so friendly and helpful and available every time we needed her. Mark, thank you for sharing your beautiful home!! We will surely be back- we all have birthdays!!!:))

The best Villa in the Bahamas!

We enjoyed every second at this VRBO! The place was decorated beautifully and very spacious for a group of 8! It was clean, very well organized, secure and all in all - perfect! We enjoyed the snorkelling, kayaking and beautiful view of the Ocean from The back deck which is where we spent most of our time. The Sunrises are so relaxing to watch and we were lucky enough to enjoy a full moon on the back deck one evening, the front courtyard is well manicured and a great place to relax and enjoy reading a good book. Mark & the property manager Marsha were great hosts to us and responded very quickly if we needed questions answered before and while we were at the Villa. We were recommended Monique for our rides around the island and she did not disappoint, she was extremely informative and so quick to respond and even went out of her way to pick up some last minute groceries. They made our trips so fun and told us all about the island and just made us laugh! We hope to return one day to this beautiful place!
