Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We attended a concert at Leelanau Sands and this cottage was an excellent alternative to staying at the lodge there. It’s a very short drive and could even be walked in the warmer months. We absolutely loved the sunroom and watching the birds on the pond. We also enjoyed shopping and dining in Suttons Bay which is just a few minutes away. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The only downside was the small driveway but we managed with a small suv and full size truck. I would definitely stay again!"

"The rooms are exceptional! Newly remodeled, beautifully decorated and very clean! Large TV, nice glass door fridge, and very comfy beds. Staff was amazing. The shuttle drivers truly awesome and I hope our tipping reflected our appreciation. Can't wait to stay there again. "

"The house was great and had everything we needed. We always stayed in Traverse City when we did wine events but we were all very glad to stay at your house in Suttons Bay. So much closer and having a whole house sure beat hotel rooms. Also it was great to park in a garage since it snows every night ! We will definitely look at your house as a place to stay next year. So many wineries within a few miles. And close to 9 Bean Rows which is now our favorite breakfast place. Thank you so much! We had a blast!"

"The unit is an ADU located on the same property as the main house (?), with the apartment situated upstairs. It appears that the downstairs unit is also rented out and includes a dog as we heard barking upon arrival. Positives: Convenient parking, nice view, Wi-Fi, comfortable bed and basic necessities like soap and towels were provided. The host was responsive and communicative when needed.Areas for Improvement: The driveway is in very poor condition and needs restoration, as it’s severely eroded and steep. My tires spun while driving up the hill to reach the unit, and I was genuinely concerned I might not make it. The entry and staircase also lacks lighting at night, which poses a safety concern. The unit shows visible wear and tear, including cabinet damage and areas repaired with duct tape. Lastly, there is a door hidden behind a bookcase, which felt unusual and left us uneasy during our stay. "
