"When I first arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk Jay Jay I believed his name was? He was standing there helping another guest whom was in front of me and he stayed professional the whole time with a smile on his face even though it was New Year’s Eve and people were coming left and right. Once he got to me we engaged in small talk and he still had a smile on his face and threw out some suggestions on where to go. This man is so nice and kind glad to have ran into him because I was unsure if I wanted to come out or not and his vibe was right on. I will be coming back just to see him 😊 "

"Clean room- you can see they cleaned ahead of rhe stay. Carpet was super dirty and pull out couch as well. Housekeeping and front desks were super tentative. Great view of The City from our corner king suite. "
