"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect — convenient and close to everything. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, and you can really feel the attention to detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared — the perfect start to the day. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very new and modern hotel. Nice front staff. Clean and comfort bed and pillows. Great location to the National Mall and Chinatown. Easy and safe underground parking in modern office building with in and out (best rate). Breakfast fresh and cooked to order(best value if you booked with the hotel booking process). Rooftop bar with beautiful night views."

"Check out is at 12noon, decided to sleep in, hang the do not disturb sign but was awaken by loud knocks at around 10am. The lady on the other side of the door kept saying housekeeping and it really not good as I need the sleep really bad. The room is quite small and the building is old. The coffee maker/station is next to the toilet in the bathroom,"

"This hotel was surprisingly excellent. It’s located super close to the National Mall, so it’s really convenient if you’re there for attractions in that vicinity. There’s parking at the hotel, which is a real plus. The staff here were excellent. Big shout out to Keeda (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong) at the front desk. I absolutely loved her! She was so friendly and so welcoming. Really all of the staff here were great. I LOVED that there was a Starbucks on site and that it stayed open all day. BIG points for that. The room was large and the beds were pretty comfy. We had everything we possibly needed. The restaurants on site were surprisingly good. The breakfast buffet was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets we’ve had in a hotel state side. There was a great selection and the eggs weren’t sad frozen cheese omelettes, but actual eggs! The dinner restaurant was surprisingly good as well. We were too wiped out after a day of sight seeing to go anywhere else and we were really pleased with how good the food was. The food was a bit spendy, but the convenience and the quality were worth it. All in all, we were really happy with our stay here and look forward to coming back soon."

"Our room was very nice. And they upgraded us to a street view. Loved the Cafe Riggs bar area and had a wonderful breakfast one of the mornings. Staff was very friendly. And we loved the location!"
