“Check in was no frills. We arrived half an hour before check in and was offered a room but for an extra fee.
I accidentally booked the room for one person so had to pay an extra £12 for breakfast which was fair enough but on check out an additional £10 for the extra person which I thought was unfair.”

“Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. However an extremely helpful receptionist (Jay) gave us a different room a little bit further away which was a little bit bigger and slightly less noisy (thanks Jay 🙂).
Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting by the river.
Evening meal was nice, but I was still hungry as the……
