「Good, brand new hotel with good facilities 」

「Staff are all friendly and the environment is great. Just the shower wasn't ideal, it's quite weak and not hot for long.」

「Gorgeous hotel, generous sized rooms, with ability to include parking with your stay Car parking is on site, and airport terminal building is a gentle 5-7 minute stroll and visible from hotel. Staff are pleasant, bar is well priced to say it’s located on an airport, and food very reasonably priced again compared to what you’d get in the terminal Buffet hit breakfast, £13 per adult if you pre pay at reception, as of last week (April 2024). We have stayed previously and wouldn’t hesitate to...

「We only stayed for one night but the room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good but the staff were hard pushed to keep up with demand and things were not replaced quickly enough. My only real complaint was the pillows - the bed was great but the pillows were thin and hard.」

「Nice hotel, room comfortable and restaurant/ bar food and drink very good and priced reasonably.few little gripes, when booking though a third party website it said parking was £6 per night, when I arrived I was charged £7.50 per night. Also double charged my account for our food and drink, removed eventually. But still was a live charge on my credit card for a week.」

「Ventilation was poor, we had no access to go onto the balcony due to door being locked. There was no windows in the room. No source of natural air. Not sure why dogs were allowed in the restaurant and it wasn't not a guide dog. 」
