I had an excellent experience at The S Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. From the moment I arrived, everything was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the front desk staff were professional, warm, and efficient.
The food was absolutely great, the location is perfect, and the overall service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Tanisha HC, who was one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made my stay memorable.
I truly had a great time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kingston. I will definitely be back!

"We arrived early and even though the room was not ready checking in was very courteous, friendly an professional. Our front desk person even traveled out to where we were relaxing near the pool bar lounge to let us know the room was ready and provided us with the room keys. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area and the view of the Kingston downtown. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and more than we had expected with courteous staff. Overall a great stay and we plan on staying at the Pegasus on future trips."

"My experience at this property was exceptional. The host was highly professional, attentive, and prompt in responding to any inquiries. The accommodation itself was beautifully presented and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, and the security staff were vigilant, courteous, and consistent in monitoring access to the complex.The rooftop balcony was a standout feature, offering impressive views that I thoroughly enjoyed each evening. The swimming pool was also well maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.In summary, I had a peaceful and pleasant experience, and I greatly appreciated the quality of the accommodation and service.
