“Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Good selection at breakfast. ”

“Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.”

“There was no trash can in my room when I arrived. The towel for the floor and the have towel in the bathroom had black marks on them. There was only one wash cloth. There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. One of the 3 pillows had burn holes in the pillowcase and another had blue ink all over it. The bed want lined up with the headboard (which was mounted to the wall and not attached to the bed). “All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”

“Front desk person was very nice and friendly and the only one on staff with a full hotel. Bed was horrible, internet went down, no shampoo in the shower, plug in for the TV was missing, bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Wouldn't stay there again”

“When we arrived and checked in we went to our room and when we unlocked the door with our card there was someone still using the room. So we went back to the front desk to tell them there was someone still in the room the staff had no clue that there was someone still in the room. The person at the front desk got us another room and when we got in that room it didn't look like it was even cleaned. There was hair in the sheets of the bed and hair all over the bathroom floor. “Our group booked rooms here while traveling for a funeral this week and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the condition of the hotel. One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in.
