“El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. “The hotel is situated in a safe and easy to find location close to public transport but also walkable to most city centre locations. It's also possible to walk to the Bus Terminals although the biggest one is at least a 30 minute walk.

“If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel……

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. Nice breakfast,……
