“The room was lovely and clean as were, the bedding and towels. Breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of variety. Staff polite and helpful. Parking is street parking but I didn't feel worried about my car being parked on the road. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the lovely stay”

“D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility……

“The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Devil's Bridge and the surrounding area. We visited the Elan Valley dams and reservoirs, the Silver Mountain and Aberystwyth.
The Hotel looks stunning from the outside and inside. A lot of care has gone into every detail of the hotel.
Our room was on the top floor. It was very cool and quirky, just a little bit musty smelling. (We couldn't open the windows without a load of bugs flying in so had to keep them closed unfortunately.)
