“Victor was SO kind and extremely helpful with responsiveness on how to access the apartment as well as its’ amenities. Our welcome was made very easy, which is such a nice touch after traveling through Europe for a couple weeks. The apartment was extremely well kept, clean, spacious, and adorably designed. “Within walking distance from metro Interdente station and good morning walk of 20 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe (day tour meeting point). We had dinner on the first day but really not enjoyed. Good breakfast though. Bath ropes were provided on the day of check in. As we stayed for seven days, we asked for replacement after two days. But to our disappointment, we were told that it was out of stock . ”

“stay in superior room. Room is clean and price reasonable. At mountain top, take tram 28 and the stop is near to the hotel. Always full on Sunday, better to book in advance. ”

“The location of this hotel is exactly why i booked it - having the traditional, famous tram 28 and 12 cruising right next to it. Of course there would be sound from the tram but i was not bothered at all, rather, I found it charming. The room was very clean, staff was friendly. However, it's hard to commute to the hotel with luggage because from train or metro station, there is only the unspacious tram and one route of bus (it operates with small coach instead of an actual bus). Suggested to get……

“What a fantastic place! Staff, room, amenities, breakfast... 5 stars for each person working there. No doubt this hotel is great... it is because they have a great team. Hopefully they are well paid and treated by the owners and management, because they deserve it.”

“Front desk were not helpful at all, the lighting in the room was broken even after we have asked them to change it, they still didn't change it and told us that they checked and there was nothing wrong with the lighting in the room when in fact you could see it right away when you enter the room that it wouldn't stop flashing. They were also people kocking on the door for a long time at 6am in the morning, we were to scared to open the door because we had no idea whom it was, it could have been……
