“This is a jewel hotel. The staff is awesome and specially Gabriela at the restaurant and the front desk. The attention to all details is special.”

“I asked Cristabol if there just an issue with my taxi to the airport on Sunday due to the market being on, he stated no problem and neglected to tell a 5 block radius was blocked off due to a military march, my taxi couldn't get through and I had to run 5 blocks and luckerly got a taxi which I paid twice for! As a local he knew there would be an issue but told me a different story " human nature at it's worst"”

“Mi estadía fue corta, pero se notó mucho el cuidado en su servicio al cliente. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a orientarme y ayudarme con varias de mis inquietudes. El lugar está en una zona relativamente segura y tranquila, cerca de muchos restaurantes y con una vibra muy bonita.”

“This Hotel was absolutely perfect! It is walking distance to many attractions and landmarks. The rooms are better than advertised! Spacious and very clean. I included breakfast with my stay. I highly recommend as it is freshly made each morning. All of the staff were great and extremely helpful. Laurice and Catalina were there and they were the absolute best! Next time I visit Chile I will choose this location again!”

El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.”
