"When I booked I mistakenly thought we would be in the building by the tower, we were not. It felt like a long walk to the building we were in, it was probably only 10 minutes though. The staff who checked us in was very helpful dragging our luggage down the street. I wish we would have been in the main building next to the tower."

"Lovely quirky hotel that needs a little TLC. Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast fairly basic but was ok. Clean sheets everyday & Lovely large room over looking the river but not the best of beds as it squeaked every movement. Fantastic location, 15 min walk to train station. Lovely little plazza behind hotel with great eating places. Would stay again though good price."

"lovely little b&b on the river ideal for solo travellers had air con fridge & coffee outside the room. About 15 minute walk to the tower & the train station. Take a 20 minute train trip to Lucca for 4 euros each way, you don’t need a whole day in Pisa"

"The hotel was very well located just along from the central piazza and it was nice and quiet. Our room was “ traditional “ but I found nothing wrong with that, the en suite was spacious and we had a small terrace. Good shutter blinds and good ac completed the package. Breakfast was basic but ok, we had it in the small garden area. The staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. We were just there overnight to catch a plane the next day and it was a very convenient base."
