“Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections. ”

“Breakfast was typical waffles, eggs and ham. With muffins and yogurts that were prepackaged. I did look for someone to help with tickets like they advertise everywhere in there but the gift shop said closed for the day and no one ever came to the front desk. ”

“Breakfast & staff were great. Didn’t get new towels the second day. Hot water was in short supply. Otherwise rooms & hotel was clean. ”

“I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so……

“We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and included all we needed to make meals other than the food. Bed was comfortable and the couch in the front room was comfortable to sit and watch tv. The only thing I didn’t like was the steep hill—we walked to a concert .3 mile away and the hill was brutal for a couple in our 70s. But we survived! If we go again, we’ll drive to the front parking lot, then walk to the concert. ”
