「Everything was fine」

「Overall stay: Less than acceptable. Worst part: Room was not clean, and could barely be called a “King suite”. Best part: The restaurant was PHENOMENAL! Excellent wait staff, exquisite cocktails, and mouth-watering cuisine that was prepared precisely as ordered. 11/10, will definitely eat there again (even though we will be staying elsewhere…) Now the breakdown: Starting with the parking lot on our way in, it needs cracks weeded and patched. 「Very clean, a little run down」

「Pool hot tub broke. Said it was working when I called. My baby nephew was supposed to come to play in the pool. A/c unit outdated made SO much noise I was up all night. Housekeeping woke us up knocking on our door at 9 am. My fault I should’ve put the DND sign out. Bed was comfy. Paid a premium price for this mediocre room. 」

「The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The pool area was quite slippery with pools of water, but most pool areas are. The gym was clean, and we never had a problem waiting for machines to open. Our room was clean and spacious. We were very pleased with our stay. 」

「The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.」
