“Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I plan to rent from this renter the next time I am in town. This is just an FYI if my issue happens to someone else. Please contact the renter right away with any issues. The only issue was the 1st night I arrived at 11:30 pm. The orginal apartment that I rented wasn't cleaned. I emailed the renter and received a new apartment within 6 minutes. I was happy with the quick speed of response time and ability to move me to a different apartment considering……

“I am extremely disappointed with this property and the owner on how they have handled the situation . We arrived to the property and immediately were caught off guard with the amount of trash in front of the property (three garbage cans overflowing with trash everywhere). We decided okay well the inside is better I’m sure anyways . Soon as we opened the door, we were disappointed with how run down the property looked . Very musty, dusty, and just dirty. The one bedroom downstairs has its bathroom just off from the kitchen (rather than en suite), but it worked fine. “Inside was very nice. Not too far from downtown, parking right out front. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the host gave us an incorrect code for check in to get in, and we had to call VRBO so they could call him (he didn’t give his number) and waited 30 mins outside the place before we heard back from him and received a correct code. He was very apologetic though and said that never happened before. ”
