O mais estranho e desconfortável foi a casa de banho ser minúscula sem cabine de duche. Tomávamos banho literalmente em cima do lavatório e da sanita, deixando tudo molhado.”

“We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people……

“The girl serving as the receptionist was really nice, unfortunately it was not possible to have a queen size bed and we had to sleep on 2 adjoining ones. The area is reachable by car and there is only the hotel restaurant available to dine in the vicinity. There was no shower gel which was disappointing. ”
