Great amenities but lacking the expected service

Hotel is in excellent condition and have great rooms. However, we were not satisfied with the overall service level at the Hotel. First we were not able to get a table in the main restaurant for dinner despite attempting to book several days in advance, this meant we were stuck with the buffet/ala carte option in the other restaurant. From the looks of it, it seems fine, however the taste was just not there at all in any of the dishes. The fish for main courses was way undercooked, and the meats were very cheap cuts and far from tender. In addition the level of service in regards to the ski lockers was undesirable and cost us a lot of time.

While I understand the need for non-refundable policies (non-committal bookers, snow conditions etc), I would have expected the hotel to offer some flexibility given the exceptional circumstances when Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire. This could have been offered as a refund or a credit to stay at the hotel at another date, however the hotel offered no flexibility despite the circumstances. Book with caution.

Excelente hotel y ubicación. Excelente desayuno incluido, también el buffet de la cena muy bueno ( no incluido) Tiene actividades gratis dentro del hotel incluidas: profesor diario de ski ( a quien se apunte) y profesor n la tarde camino con raquetas ( muy buenos). Gimnasio muy deficiente ( súper chiquito) Limpieza: dos días no nos hicieron la habitación

Hôtel très bien situé

Hôtel très bien situé au pied des pistes. Seul bémol : chambre très très mal isolée donc très inconfortable à plusieurs reprises. Mais l’hôtel est très agréable et le personnel globalement accueillant.

Vous ne serez pas déçu

Nous revenons pour la 2eme fois au Mim Baqueira. L'hôtel est très bien placé. Le personnel est sympathique. Les chambres sont plutôt cosy avec toute froid un petit bémol sur le sol de la chambre qui est très froid. La décoration de la salle de petit déjeuner et de l'hôtel en général mériterait un coup de jeune. La décoration de l'ancien hôtel est encore présente et ça n'a pas de sens; Néanmoins je pourrais revenir dans cet hôtel.
