The house is lovely, and the proximity to the beach is excellent. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, and the provided cleaning starter kits were a thoughtful and helpful touch. We especially enjoyed the views from the balcony.One improvement would be an information sheet or board outlining essentials such as the Wi-Fi password and garage entry instructions.For guests traveling with a dog, it is important to carefully review the listing details at the very bottom of the page. While the property is dog-friendly, there is a 500 pet fee for a three-night stay for a small (8-lb) dog. This fee feels excessive and may benefit from being adjusted based on length of stay or dog size.That said, Tracy was very reasonable and helpful, particularly given that this was a last-minute booking due to a cancellation at another property. We appreciated her flexibility and had a great time overall.
