This 2000+ sq ft home has plenty of space for everyone. There is ample seating in the main living room with a smart tv. The well appointed kitchen will delight the cooks with a large kitchen island, new appliances, and plenty of seating at the island, bar, and dining table. Or dine alfresco on the back deck! Speaking of deck - enjoy views of the ocean and the Sound from the deck that wraps around the house. Savor morning coffee in a comfortable rocking chair and afternoon naps in the hammock. Each fully furnished bedroom comes with a full bathroom, perfect for multiple families - plenty of space. Remote workers will also appreciate the designated office space with free Wi-Fi. Spend a rainy day playing games or reading books from our collection or watching any of 4 tvs with your own streaming account. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles under the house. Electric vehicle owners can have access to the EV Charging station.
Located near the less busy west end of Navarre Beach about 500 feet from the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Beach Peach is a quiet retreat for beach lovers. Enjoy the white sands and crystal clear water without the crowds from the populated condos on the east end. The beach is a short walk to the public beach access or the Seashore entrance. Launch a kayak or paddle board off the dock and glide through the Sound. When you’re not in the water, try fishing off the dock, sitting by the fire pit or lounging in the hammock. An outdoor shower is perfect for showering or rinsing off after adventures.
Please note: There are cameras located on property-at the front of the property, under the house and on the boat dock.
There is a gas barbecue grill available for use. No grills are allowed on decks or balconies, and must be at least 10 feet away from buildings. Please do not grill under the house.
EV Charger must be requested in advance. An additional fee of $50 will be incurred. Please contact host directly to make arrangements.
The following items will be provided:
Each bathroom - sample size soap and shampoo, towels, washcloths, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Each bed - one set of bed linens and one blanket, two pillows
Kitchen - dish soap, one dishwasher pod, dish cloth and towel, two trash bags. Because of Covid, no food products will be provided. This includes condiments and seasonings (salt and pepper, sweetener, etc. Sorry!)
Laundry - one laundry pod, iron and board, all purpose cleaner, vacuum and Swifter
Should you require additional supplies during your stay, Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Aldi, and Walmart are 4-6 miles away.
