Cozy and Clean

Pics represent exactly what you’re renting. Communication was friendly and they called just to ask if everything was an expected. Plenty of dishes and blankets provided.Only negative was that the bed was extra firm. Location was impressive with 2 minute walks to the sound or the gulf. Would definitely stay again!

Relax and recharge

I love this place! I love the location, it’s easy to walk to the beach and easy access to the paved multi-use paved trail. I love the calmness of the location, it’s quiet, and low key. I feel safe and it’s a clean and peaceful place to stay! I love relaxing and recharging here every year! So grateful for this place!

I have stayed here for the past few years and I love that it is just a few minute walk to the most beautiful beach I have seen in 30 plus y ears. The staff is able to resolve any issues promptly.

Great location was the only good tjing

The location was great and allowing pets is awesome. Other than that it was downhill. Toilet was dirty. There were roaches. Found dirty dishes in the cabinets. The bushes out front are sticker bushes so when you walk by you get stickers in your clothes. You can’t watch regular tv. The batteries area is taped up so you have to figure out the other remotes. Sofa is so outdated it has cracks in material. Won’t be staying here again.

Cheap rental super close to beach

A lot of people are giving poor reviews for outdated furniture and cleanliness. The fact is, you are getting a super cheap condo RIGHT across the street from the beach. You get what you pay for and you’re not here to be cooped up in a condo anyways. The furniture is dated, but they serve their job just fine. We always bring our own sheets and comforters to make us feel more comfortable anyways. The condo itself is not “dirty” things are just older. Some cracks in the plates, etc. Plus, there is a dishwasher so you can wash the plates before use if it makes you feel better. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. This location is absolutely perfect. We read the reviews and packed accordingly. We brought pots/pans and extra towels. Plus, our puppy scratched the paint on the door and scratched up a piece of trim on the bathroom door. Reporting was super easy and stress free. We will definitely be coming back in the future because the price was so low, we were able to stay for an entire week! Wifi was great and our kiddo was able to play fortnite with his friends back home each night. We enjoyed our stay! ❤️

Great place to stay.

The listing was just as described. Clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grill really needs to be replace and wish the cleaning staff had left a few extra trash bags and dishwasher and laundry supplies.. Definitely would stay there again.

Convenient, clean

Nice place and enjoyed location. Only drawback was the uncomfortable bed. Also the fact we took our little four legged baby to find out dogs are not allowed on beach which hampered our trip.

The property had all the amenities we needed. It would have been nice to have some laundry soap. The kitchen was fully equipped. The lay out of the condo was nice. Neighbors were super nice. Great place to wake up and have a run or a walk. Navarre is amazing of course. Really enjoyed our time there. Will probably book again of the property fee is a one time charge.

I loved the location and the full kitchen. Fair warning, the house felt grimy, outdated, and like it needed a good deep clean. There was mildew/mold in the shower (along with a few pieces of hair that did not belong to us). It smelt like musty wet dog. Cute decorations though!

We really enjoyed the house. We are not very picky but we were not happy with the bedroom door that gets stuck and wakes up the whole house. God forbid u get up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom. Also our last night we had bought stuff to barbecue only to find out there was no propane. Other than that it was very nice and pleasant..
