This level also offers a cozy fire-pit seating area, an outdoor shower, and elevator access to both upper floors. The main floor is thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed for seamless living and effortless memories. Offering resort-style living with heated/cooled cocktail pool right off the deck, take in the unobstructed views and open floor plan with fully stocked gourmet kitchen including double dishwashers and a luxurious coffee station. Live like royalty among 6 individual suites throughout the main floor, each boasting their own en-suite bath. Double stacked laundry is also conveniently located on the main floor.

Purposefully designed with the family in mind, the kiddos bunks and indoor entertainment station are placed upstairs along with an 8-bed boy's bunk room and 8-bed girl's bunk room, each with their own oversized private bath. The indoor game room features TV, shuffleboard, kitchenette, workspace/game table, and even a dreamy reading nook for quiet escapes.
