「To Ben one of the nicest hotels in downtown canton I expect for it to be better. It’s very outdated. There needs to be a jacuzzi and sauna, rooftop area to chill and more common areas away from the public. There’s to many events that’s happening to really relax and not be bothered. There’s staff are mainly assisting with the event and don’t pay much attention to the guests who are staying at the hotel. Other than that food is great. Room service didn’t come into my room and bring fresh towels...

「The gal at the front desk was very helpful. The room we were assigned had been smoked in and the smell was overwhelming. She got us a different room that was available even though it wasn’t a suite, it didn’t smell nasty like smoke. The hotel was clean, and had a decent breakfast. My only complaint is the bed about killed my body it was so hard. I woke in so much pain I could hardly move, and was unable to sleep all night.
