This Condo had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen was well stocked, bed linens were actually comfy. Short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores for supplies. Any time we had a question, we received an immediate response! We will definitely be back in the future.

This is the nicest and largest condo we have stayed at so far in Navarre Beach, the view is spectacular, the condo is very roomy and comfy, one of the largest dining room tables we have seen for a beach so far. The living room blinds and master bedroom blinds are high quality and professional, king size bed is very comfortable, showers are great, location is awesome with some of the best shelling we have ever had at 37A beach access!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was just a pictured. You are two seconds from the gulf and steps to the sound. The location was awesome! Our kids also enjoyed the inground pool. Such a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Seem to have had plenty of room for families. Just remember there are stairs to walk up. Which we knew and didn’t have a problem but something to keep in mind for those that have problems walking

This 3 bedroom condo fit our family of 6 adults well. We made most of our meals in the kitchen and there were enough supplies. We also used the grill once and it is very nice. Nice to have a washer/dryer too! Great view on the porch, although construction on this empty lot means it may not be the same next year. (And be prepared for 7am construction noises). Beds are comfy, pool is refreshing (not heated), and the beach is so close!

We had originally booked another place with Vacasa that was on the first floor with elevators. Unfortunately at the last minute, we had to switch to what we could find available because of several issues with the condo. This one was available and the closest to what we liked. Nice view of the sound, quiet pool, comfortable furniture. My only warning was that it’s on the third floor with no elevator, which is fine for people who don’t mind walking, but if you have mobility issues, it could be difficult to get up and down two large flights of stairs. Everything was clean, furniture was comfortable, but the shower in the master bedroom could use some drano as the water kept backing up. I want to thank Vacasa again for adamantly helping me book this condo after we lost our original reservation.

The space was perfect. The beach amazing ! The only thing is the cleaning. We paid a high fee for the cleaning device but the condo can be much cleaner . Baseboards, showers, my shower curtain was with black mold (the plastic liner inside shower) . The bathroom needed to be painted . The beds were okay. I feel more of the dirt was in the bathrooms . Other than that we are pleased with the place.

The place is nicely placed right on the beach. It was amazing to not have to find parking and just walk to the beach. Like everyone stated it’s on the third floor and they communicate that in the description. We didn’t have issues with the construction is wasn’t as loud as others described or even happening on the weekend. Our home looked nice and clean as we walked it but wasn’t as clean as we stayed a few hours in. The furniture is a little worn and should be renewed or replaced. The couches and master bed specifically. Housekeeping should schedule time to deep clean ( wash tables and baseboards , change shower liners and mop the floors). It seems like they quick clean. Vacasa did reach out to address the issue the next day however we had already bought products and cleaned up to be comfortable. I hope they check behind their housekeeping staff more regularly. Guest shouldn’t have to catch careless work.

We were very disappointed that the construction directly outside this condo was not disclosed. We love sitting on the deck to enjoy the view and peacefulness of Navarre but could not sit out there at all due to noise from big machines. We also were unable to sleep in past 6 AM due to the construction noise. The machines made the beds and dishes shake every morning and all afternoon!! I understand construction is inevitable but it is not professional or honest to not share this with the renter. I should’ve been able to make a decision on a rental with all information! The condo itself was clean, beds were ok, we had a problem with the door code not working but Vacasa took care of it quickly.

Had a nice time. House was clean, beds were comfy. . Relaxing morning sitting on the balcony having coffee. Loved the beach chair and umbrella set-up great bonus Only a few suggestions, there was no dish towel/dish rag and extra flatware is needed.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit in Sunset Harbor Villas worked very well for the five of us during our two week stay. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Overall the apartment was as described. Main issue we had was we called several times regarding a door knob that was malfunctioning to the master bathroom. Our granddaughter was trapped inside more than once and we had to wait for my son to come and help open it. Happened several times and I was also trapped in without my phone and had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to get back. After calling and reporting a safety issue we still never received a call back, text…nothing. Also couldn’t figure out how to operate the TV so we also called about that but the door knob was a safety issues and ended up putting a wash cloth on the top corner so it couldn’t be closed. We actually shut it on the way out so hopefully the cleaning crew will report it and someone will fix it so they don’t have the same experience.

The unit I had faced the west and was perfect for Sunsets!! Navarre is beautiful, safe, and clean. We would text a number then arrive at the beach with an umbrella and chairs set up for us (a bonus feature that was a pleasant surprise)! The unit was furnished with the minimum that made it quick and easy to prepare a few small meals at home. Beds were comfy, AC worked great, furnished and decorated very nicely and had a beachy feel. We rented a pontoon for 4.5 hours for $300, I would highly recommend that!! We were able to cruise the ocean and find several different private beaches that were phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan on returning… only possibly not leaving next time. Lol. Would definitely recommend this condo and Navarre Beach to everyone!

This was a girls trip! Great location and view of sunset. Beach on the bay within walking distance. Beach on the ocean a short drive. Great town only 5 restaurants with others on the mainland. Fully stocked kitchen. Bring paper products (extra), Great kitchen for cooking a meal in. Two pools onsite but we did not use. Overall a wonderful experience.
