Excellent and very clean property. My only issue was finding front desk staff. It was hit or miss whether or not anyone would be around. We wanted to buy some items amd we waited so we could pay and after about 15 to 20 minutes, we gave up. The room was excellent and the breakfast was spot on.

The room was clean upon checking in. Staff was helpful at that time. The location is right down the way from Navarre beach. I was supposed to have a refresher of towels and trash on day 3, full cleaning on day 4 and another refresher on day 5. These days were subpar. Most of the days towels were taken but not refreshed. Trash bags weren’t put in. On the full cleaning day the trash wasn’t taken at all, the floors were left dirty and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I talked to front desk after the full clean day to let them know. She was argumentative but eventually said she’d have them clean the room. The bathroom was still not cleaned properly. The hot breakfast wasn’t great but edible. Ultimately, I would never stay there again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Navarre! The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was very clean—and I actually saw the staff actively cleaning throughout our stay, which is something I don’t often see at hotels. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and smelled amazing! We also had a great view, and the amenities were perfect for our stay. The only downside is getting out of the hotel when traffic is heavy. A traffic light would definitely help! Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everyone treated us excellent from the time we checked in til, the time we left. We did have an issue with the air condition not getting cool enough in the bedroom so my husband slept on the couch 🙁 & The hot water took a good 20 Minutes to reach warm in the shower. The staff was top notch and offered to come in while we were there but also told us the air had motion sensors and that’s why it did not stay cool if we were not in that room.
