Beautiful location!

The location of the property was ideal and the home was clean. We enjoyed being able to take a short walk to the beach with our children and friends. Our only complaint is the beds were rather small and it looked like their may have been two full size mattresses rather than a queen and a full as listed, although they did send someone out to measure the mattresses while we were not present and assured us that it was indeed a queen sized mattress.

The house was very nice over all but there was a bad smell of mildew in the house when you walked in and left all over our clothes that were in the house. We didn’t read the fine print at the bottom stating that this was a duplex and the upstairs neighbors were not quite the first night you hear every foot step luckily we made them aware of the situation and they were kind enough to not be as loud the second night, also the door lock is nice to get into but not child friendly our 1 1/2 year old easily opened it and kept running outside until we locked the deadbolt other than those issues it is a very nice house and very clean.
