The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was a beautiful time of year to walk on the beach and just relax. The location is wonderful, the views from the unit are amazing! we are hoping to return soon!

This condo is located in a well maintained complex with direct beach access. The condo has beautiful beach views and direct beach access. We spotted different types of sea life daily: dolphins, stingrays and turtles. We enjoyed the benefit of having beach chairs that were included with our stay. While the condo was clean, it could use a deeper cleaning and some updates. Overall, it is a really good value.

Stay was good only thing was some of the lamps or lights didn’t work and there was some mold in the laundry washer that we noticed . Otherwise, stay was good.

Perfect Spot

Perfect spot to walk to the pier and a couple of restaurants that were nearby. The view of the beach and ocean was perfect. Communication with the property manager was the only issue I had as far as getting a parking permit for my vehicle which took a few days to receive. Nice property would use again.

Short time in paradise

This condo had everything we needed, and such a beautiful view! I believe the listing states it’s 2 bedrooms, but it actually has an extra bedroom that was great for kids. Our friends so graciously let us have the room with the view! We were able to cook our meals and head down to the beach to claim our spot. The weather held out on our short stay, and we got one full beach day minus the water (double red flags). The company was responsive, and communicated well. Overall it was a wonderful long weekend, and a great first trip to Navarre!

A Good Time Was Had By All

This condo is perfect. The location is the best. Parking is not overcrowded. Beds were comfy. Balcony has a breathtaking view of the gulf & pier. Could use basic essentials like salt & pepper. Would also be nice to know if there's a regular pot or a Kureg for coffee. Otherwise, 100% recommend!

Needs Improvement

I go to this area every year and for the price, this condo needs improvement. Right away we noticed mold in the ceiling on one room and the remote was broken. We only stayed 4 nights and the last night the batteries needed replaced in the master and was chirping the entire night. The elevator was broke and coming and going down 10 flights of stairs with stuff isn't ideal. I met my friend in their condo 2 buildings over and her price was cheaper and she had only 2 bedrooms, but it has an open floor plan and up-to-date ammendities like a Keurig with actual more space.

Navarre condo

The condo was very clean. Listed as 2 bedrooms, but there are actually three. Which was nice. The biggest issue is that there is no deadbolt or security lock on the front door on the inside. I traveled with a toddler, so it was nerve wracking that he could just open the front door and walk out. We ended up having to put two kitchen chairs in front of the door at night. Also, the main sliding door to the balcony did not lock.two big safety issues. Cons: no ice maker, no locks on the doors on the inside, the dryer took multiple cycles to dry, bathtub in the other bathroom drains slowly, also the bedrooms were really hot at night, I don’t think any of the tvs were smart tvs. Pros: close to the beach, clean, pools/hot tub nice, included beach chair/umbrella. Probably wouldn’t stay here again with little kids because of the locks.

On our first day, I reached out to management about the ice maker not working, and no response. I even got a text message asking how everything was going and responded asking for assistance on the ice maker, but no response. It sounds as though other visitors have had issues with the management and a lack of response. The bed in the master suite is lopsided and the remote control back kept falling off. I ended up using my son’s sports tape to fix it. If I were the owner, I would use a different management group.

Summerwind West 1003

We are having fun. Thanks for asking. The high speed internet Wi-Fi is nice. 2 things… We have 2 refrigerators with freezers and neither have ice makers and there aren’t any ice trays anywhere to make ice. We had to go to the grocery just to get ice. A complimentary bag would be nice. It seems that a condo with nice amenities would have this. Also, it would nice to have instructions for the multiple TV controllers & a channel guide. Appliances are outdated with a few problems. Dryer takes about 3 cycles to dry clothes, Oven temps are inconsistent & Dishwasher is not mounted to the cabinet and tends to fall out is you’re not alert ! All other thing were good. Pls Ck on these to alert other renters to Rm 1003 @ Summerwimd West. Hope the owners can resolve this in the future. Mary Rm 1003
